Presentation
Defense starts with active listening
A legal matter is never just a cold equation of statutes. Behind a commercial debt, a business's cash flow is at stake. Behind a divorce procedure, a family is reorganizing. Behind police custody, a life is hanging in the balance.
This observation is the foundation of our firm: a place where we take the time to listen before qualifying legally, and where we explain before acting. Legal expertise has no value unless it serves a real human situation, and unless the client understands what is at stake at every stage.
An assumed general practice
The firm handles seven main fields: business law, labor law, family law, real estate, criminal defense, debt recovery, and legal arbitration. This scope is not dispersion — it is a direct response to the reality of Moroccan cases, where legal matters constantly overlap.
A business executive getting divorced sees their corporate shares interact with matrimonial assets. A real estate dispute reveals a defect in a notarized deed that engages contract liability. A poorly notified dismissal leads to criminal complaints. Treating these cases in isolation is missing half of the equation.
Advisory counsel as much as litigation
The best court procedure is the one you never have to file. A significant part of our activity involves preventive counsel: drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance audits, securing real estate acquisitions, and company structuring. A well-drafted contract costs a fraction of the litigation it prevents.
When litigation is inevitable, the firm systematically explores negotiated resolutions first. A transaction settled in three months is often far superior to a judgment obtained in two years and enforced in three.
Our Principles
Four rules the firm strictly enforces
Truth about the case
No client hears "you will win" before the files have been analyzed. If the case is time-barred, lacks proof, or has a negative cost-benefit ratio, you will know in the first meeting.
Single point of contact
The lawyer you meet is the one who drafts your deeds and pleads your case. No file-shifting in the middle of proceedings, no junior discovering the case the day before.
Clear terms & agreement
A formal written agreement defines the scope, terms, and expectations before any work starts. You will have complete clarity on every aspect of our representation.
Unrestricted confidentiality
Attorney-client privilege covers all our exchanges, including preliminary meetings that do not lead to formal retainer agreements. It applies to your documents, disclosures, and the appointment itself.
