How personal data collected through this website is processed, stored, and protected in compliance with Moroccan Law n° 09.08.

2. Legal Framework
This policy is governed by Moroccan Law n° 09.08 of February 18, 2009, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and its implementing Decree n° 2.09.165.
3. No Data Collected by the Website
This website does not collect, record or store any personal data. It has no form, no audience-measurement tool and no advertising technology. Contact is made exclusively through direct channels, at the visitor's initiative:
- Phone: the
tel:link opens your device's phone application. - WhatsApp: the
wa.me/link opens WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta and subject to its own terms. - Email: the
mailto:link opens your email client.
No information passes through the website when you use these channels. The resulting exchanges are handled directly by the firm, under professional secrecy.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Maps: the Home and Contact pages embed a map provided by Google. Displaying it connects your browser to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. The firm has no access to this data.
- Hosting: the website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., whose servers may record technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) solely for security and proper operation. The firm does not use these logs.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
The website itself sets no cookies. When you click "Got it" on the information banner, a simple technical flag is saved in your browser (local storage) so the banner is not shown again; it contains no personal data and never leaves your device. Only the Google Maps map may set third-party cookies (see section 4).
6. Professional Secrecy
All information and documents you share with the firm are protected by the lawyer's professional secrecy (secret professionnel de l'avocat). The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
7. Data Retention
As the website collects no data, no retention period applies at the website level. Material sent directly to the firm is retained in accordance with the rules governing lawyers' professional archives.
8. Your Rights and Complaints
Under Law n° 09.08, you have the right to access, rectify and object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data.
